Museum partner guidelines

Rotation frequency
Up to 2 rotations per year. Each placement runs approximately 6 months before the next rotation is eligible.
Installation
Open Universe handles all installation and deinstallation. You provide access. We handle everything else.
Placement fees
Fees are confirmed before each rotation and go directly to the artists. Invoicing is handled by Open Universe.
Care of works
Works should be displayed in climate-controlled environments away from direct sunlight. Full care guidelines provided at installation.
Programming
Museum partners are invited to host artist talks and community openings tied to each rotation. Optional but encouraged.
